Blood Drive July 29

On Friday, July 29, I will be hosting a blood drive with Red Cross and Project Kennedy at Greater Harvest Baptist Church from 12 - 4 p.m.  Lunch will be provided. You can sign up to donate here.

18th Annual Family Health & Fitness Fair

My 18th annual health fair is coming up. It will be on Saturday, August 6 from 10 a.m to 2 p.m. at the Illinois Institute of Technology. There will be dozens of vendors, and various activities and services for the whole family.
